Association for Canadian Studies in the United States (ACSUS)

The Association for Canadian Studies in the United States (ACSUS) was created in 1971 to raise awareness of Canada in the United States and ensure a high level of expertise in the area of Canada-U.S. relations. To meet these objectives, ACSUS promotes the development of Canadian studies programs at American universities and encourages collaboration between Canadian, American and international academics, government officials and businesspeople. ACSUS has about 600 regular members.
